godaddy新版plesk管理后台不能解压文件

自从godaddy更新plesk管理后台之后，上传网站压缩包，发现不能在线解压；一个月时间过去了，今天还是显示；

无法解压 /baichuany****.com/1.zip：Unable to start (C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe /c C:\Program Files "(x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\7z.exe t -tzip G:\PleskVhosts\byylw****.com\1.zip "): (1260) This program is blocked by group policy. 使用FTP软件上传速度太慢，致电godaddy客服，经过漫长的等待，godaddy给出的答复是，上次升级系统造成的BUG，接到很多用户反馈，一直没有解决这个问题。

所以只能一点点的上传。
